What is a Baby Dedication?
 

A Baby Dedication is the act of giving back to God the gift. He has given to parents and caregivers. It is an act of worship, thanksgiving, dependence, trust and commitment. 

When & where
are Baby Dedications held?
  

Every 2nd Sunday in March, June, September and December during the 10:45 am service. 

How do I schedule my Baby’s Dedication?
 

Registration is required for Baby Dedications. You may schedule your child for upcoming Baby Dedications by completing the form below. You do not have to be a member of St John Missionary Baptist Church to have your baby dedicated.

Baby Dedication is held on the 2nd Sunday of each month during our 10:45am worship service.
If you would like to have a baby/child dedicated at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, please submit one form per child.  Please be advised that your requested Baby Dedication date is not confirmed until we have received this request form.



Parent Information




Due to the spiritual nature of the questions asked during the Baby Dedication Ceremony, it’s helpful for the Pastor to understand the marital and living situation of both parents.
